Talented four-weight World Champion Adrien Broner fights Adrian Granados on February 18th, live on BoxNation.
The flashy American has picked up World Titles in the Super-Feather, Lightweight, Super-Light and Welterweight divisions and is now on the hunt for another belt at 140lbs.
Since the June 2015 defeat to Shawn Porter, Broner (32-2, 24 KOs) has stopped his last two opponents, Khabib Allakhverdiev and Ashley Theophane.
Prior to the Theophane win, the 27-year-old lost his WBA Super-Lightweight Title on the scales after failing to make weight.
Terence Crawford currently holds the WBO and WBC straps in the weight class, while Broner could target the holder of his old WBA belt Ricky Burns, or IBF title-holder Julius Indogo.
Granados (18-4-2) pulled off one of the upsets of 2015 when he earned a stoppage win over then-undefeated and highly ranked Amir Imam, who had ended 15 of his first 18 bouts early.
That victory greatly enhanced his reputation and the American has drawn comparisons with Marcos Maidana - the first man to beat Broner.
The 27-year-old’s four losses were against opponents with a combined record of 52-1, each coming via debatable split or majority decisions, so he will prove a tough challenge for Broner.
