STEPHEN SMITH (below) will challenge Gary Buckland for the British super-featherweight title at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena on August 17.
The fight takes place on the undercard of Nathan Cleverly's WBO light-heavyweight championship defence against Russian KO king Sergey Kovalev.
Cleverly v Kovalev will be LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on BoxNation, Saturday August 17th.
Smith, 27, will be aiming to become a two weight domestic champion having previously held the British featherweight crown.
The scouser warmed up for the battle with a one round win over Eddie Nesbitt last month, and believes he can win in Buckland's back yard.
He said: "Buckland is good champion, but winning this title and becoming British champion again means everything to me.
"I've moved up in weight, I'm bigger, stronger and still as fast. I can't say how I'm going to win, but I'm leaving the ring with the British title."

Swansea's 'Big Mac' was controversially stopped in two rounds by the Derby-based Jamaican when they met last November.
Another exciting clash sees Manchester's Ronnie Heffron meet Edinburgh's John Thain in a good light-middleweight match.
