Terms and conditions
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Boxing Channel Media Ltd, trading as BoxNation, whose registered address is at 21 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LY.
WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT IS FORMED?
By completing the subscription process you are entering into a contract. The minimum term of the contract is one month. After one month your contract will automatically become a rolling contract and you will be free to cancel it at any point if you should so wish.
All payments are made through the creation of a payment agreement with PayWizard, hence you will also be subject to their terms and conditions.
If we are unable to collect a payment you will be given notice and a period of 10 days to rectify the problem. After 10 days we will try to collect the payment again, and if it fails a second time the subscription will be cancelled and the access to the channel removed.
To end your BoxNation subscription, please call our support line on 0844 842 5005, we're open 10am-7pm Monday to Sunday.
Please note, once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be able to play back any programming recorded on your Sky or Virgin TV box.
Prices displayed on the website prevail at all times.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your subscription, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your subscription at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card details) you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order.
All competitions and prize draws are subject to separate terms and conditions.
