After weeks of speculation, Bristol’s Lee Haskins has a confirmed shot at the IBF World Bantamweight Title.

Last time out in June, the slick southpaw blasted Ryosuke Iwasa away in the sixth round to collect the IBF interim title but now has the chance to go one better on the biggest of stages.

Miguel Cotto v Canelo Alvarez’s undercard at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Saturday 21 November.

Unbeaten World Champion Randy Caballero will be out to defeat a second Brit in succession after comfortably beating Stuart Hall for the vacant title last October on points.

Injury has prevented Caballero featuring in a ring this calendar year, something team Haskins will be looking to take advantage on.

"All my life I have dreamed about boxing in Las Vegas and now my dreams have come true," said the 31 year old challenger through the Golden Boy promotions press release.

"I have great respect for Randy Caballero, and I will be in the best shape of my life with all intentions of bringing the IBF World Bantamweight belt home. I am counting the days for when I arrive, let's get it on!"
