Pound for pound rivals Terence Crawford and Danny Garcia have exchanged a series of Tweets, taunting each other which could lead into a future mammoth showdown.
The spat will intrigue fans after Crawford has recently expressed an interest in moving up to claim his third World Title at Welterweight.
After Crawford unified the Super-Lightweight division to add the WBC crown to his existing WBO Title, there may be room for manoeuvre from the WBC should the Omaha hero decide to step up in weight to contest Garcia’s green and gold belt, if the pair come to an agreement.
One stumbling block may be the rival promotional companies both represent but nevertheless both men are clearly open to the fight with Garcia telling Crawford to get in touch with his team.
