Unified Middleweight World Champion Gennady Golovkin has opened the door to a fight with Floyd Mayweather should the self-proclaimed ‘TBE’ return to the ring.

Mayweather had previously dismissed the threat of the Kazakh KO King as “easy work” to fuel the fire.

Golovkin responded: “He says I’m easy work. Please, bring… Show me the easy work! I love easy money and easy work!”

Speaking to ‘Sports Nation’ on ESPN in the U.S, GGG continued: “I think Floyd and his father knows I’m a very serious boxer.”

Presenter Max Kellerman quizzed the feared puncher if Floyd would he go the distance should they meet.

Triple G answered: “I don’t like ping pong, his style. I like true fights. I feel my power, I saw his fight against Maidana. He was dancing a little bit… I have a big chance!”
