Triple-Olympian Paddy Barnes fights for the WBO European Flyweight Title on Saturday night, but believes the top 15 ranking is more important.
The talented 30-year-old meets Silvio Olteanu on a packed bill at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast, live on BoxNation.
"I don't really care about the title, all I care about is the ranking with the WBO," he told iFL TV at the weekend.
As well as winning bronze at Beijing 2008 and London 2012, Barnes won two Commonwealth gold medals and a number of national titles. The decorated amateur is keen to move through the pro ranks quickly wants to face the best right away.
Speaking to BoxNation in April, he said: "This fight is a serious step in class. The guy has fought for a World Title, has been European Champion multiple times, so he's coming to win!"
Romanian-born Olteanu, who fights out of Madrid, challenged for the WBA World Flyweight Title in hostile territory in Japan in December 2010, losing on a split decision. He then became European Champion for a second time in March 2012 and made two successful defences.
"He's not going to want someone who's 2-0 to beat him," added Barnes. "For me, it's going to be a good challenge, especially in a 10-round fight!"
