Speaking to Kugan Cassius on Saturday night, the Liverpudlian revealed: “The jaw is good. I’ve started sparring the other day, I’m a quick healer.”

The reigning British Super-Bantamweight Champion has been mandated to defend his Title against unbeaten Thomas Ward.

“I’ve been put forward to fight Thomas Ward for the British Title before February. I’ll use that as a defence then hopefully get back onto the World stage in 2017,” explained Jazza.

The southpaw reflected on sharing the ring with pound for pound star Rigondeaux: “It was a learning experience. I’ve seen what it’s like to fight on the World stage. I feel like I dealt with it fine all the media side of things, it’s where I want to be.”
