IBF World Middleweight Champion David Lemieux is all set for Saturday’s huge fight with feared Kazakh KO king Gennady Golovkin.

Speaking at yesterday’s media day in New York, the Canadian banger stated “Someone’s getting knocked out for sure! I’m not planning it to be me”.

The 26 year old, who boasts an equally impressive stoppage ratio as GGG, is under no illusions at the size of the task ahead.

“He’s the toughest guy out there, I want to make history and earn the respect,” continued the hard hitting former three time Canadian Amateur Champion.

Golovkin’s much respected trainer Abel Sanchez has likened the bout to a modern day Hagler v Hearns battle, tipping the fight not to go past six rounds.
