The Lineal World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury has played down Anthony Joshua’s recent World Title achievements.

After being stripped of the IBF Title just days after dethroning long standing champion Wladimir Klitschko, Tyson Fury’s belt fell into the hands of Charles Martin.

“Without me, Joshua or his play partner Martin wouldn’t be World Champions because they wouldn’t have removed Klitschko of his IBF Title. It takes a real man to do that. They aren’t fighting men, end of!” stated Fury at a press conference on Wednesday.

The self-proclaimed ‘Gypsy King’ rematches Wladimir Klitschko live on BoxNation on Saturday 9 July at the Manchester Arena.

“If he doesn’t do anything different, he’s on for another hiding. I told the world he couldn’t beat me but no one listened,” explained Fury.

Promoter Frank Warren has linked up with Team Fury and Mick Hennessy to show this huge Heavyweight showdown.

“We’re delighted to assist in Tyson’s challenge here in the U.K so he didn’t have to go to Germany. Being involved in our channel and showing the real Heavyweight Champion of the World’s first defence is a privilege,” revealed Frank Warren.
