On the BoxNation podcast this week, new Frank Warren signing Lyndon "King" Arthur sat down for an interview about his ambitions, his strengths, and the fights ahead of him.
The talented light heavyweight shares a camp with Zelfa Barrett, which includes the knowledgeable guidance of Pat Barrett, and doesn't see any obvious weaknesses in himself.
"My power's one of my main assets, but I'm pretty good at everything! I've got a great jab, it comes naturally. I'm an all round boxer, and I've got heart"
After 9 fights and 9 wins, with 7 stoppages, 2018 looks to be a breakout year for the 26 year old. Asked about the big British names in the division, new stablemate Anthony Yarde dominated the conversation.
"Yarde has beaten who's in front of him, and he's knocked them out. He's good. I rate him. Although if me and him fight, I think I beat him!
"He's making the most noise at the moment. Everyone wants the big fights, and he's becoming a big name. I want to be the best, and he's heading to be the best.
A fight between these two monster punchers would certainly get mouths salivating. 14-0 Yarde's supersonic rise to the top of the British game has inevitably put a target on his back; one that exciting prospect Lyndon can't wait to get in front of.
"I rate myself highly. I'm confident. I believe I'm ready to take on the world.
"The number one spot is my aim."
