Boxing Channel Media Ltd, trading as BoxNation ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out how we will process any personal data we collect from you. Please read the following carefully. By visiting www.boxnation.com and/or by purchasing a subscription from us you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

(c)    we share your personal information  with third parties in accordance with our legitimate interests to protect the rights, property, or safety of Boxing Channel Media Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction;
(d)    we are required to do so by law;
(e)    we sell any part of our business or assets (in which case we may disclose your personal data confidentially to the prospective buyer as appropriate in accordance with our legitimate interests).

Any payment transactions will be effected by one of our trusted third party payment suppliers and will be encrypted [using SSL technology].

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. (e)    to object to or restrict how your personal data is processed;
(f)    to have your personal data transferred to yourself or to another business.
